FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Beat The Streets aims to be a force for positive change by using music to bring together the people of Nottingham. We aim to do this by raising funds to support homeless people in need. All proceeds from tickets, merch and bar takings from Rock City, Rescue Rooms, and The Bodega are donated to the charity Framework. Find out more about Framework and how they support homeless people in need here: frameworkha.org.

In line with the venues taking part in Beat The Streets we will not be using the Covid passport or certification system as a condition of entry.

We do ask however that you do everything you can to ensure you are not infectious before visiting us (including taking lateral flow tests before going out and not visiting if you are showing symptoms).

Beat The Streets will be taking place on Sunday 29th January 2023.

Check out our line-up page to see the full line-up.

Yep! Wristbands will be available for purchase at the Rock City box office and The Bodega from 1pm. You can also purchase them throughout the day on Sunday here.

Doors will open at 1pm and music will start shortly after. Check out our set times here.

When they are announced, you will be able to find full set times here! We'll also have free programmes which have all the info and timings you need to plan your day.

Bag searches will take place during the day at all venues, so please leave yourself plenty of time to allow for this when entering as we’d hate for you to miss any of the brilliant bands on offer! Please note that you will not be permitted access to the event with a large rucksack or holdall. We would encourage people to leave bags at home, but if you need to bring one please make sure it is smaller than A4.

If you opted to have your wristband delivered by post before Thursday 26th January, please expect it to arrive any time within 30 days prior to the event.  If your ticket has not arrived by that time, please contact your ticket provider.

Wristband collections are at Rock City box office from 1pm.

All of our venues are 14+ except for The Bodega and Rescue Rooms Bar, which are 18+ all day.

You can indeed! Please bring along any non-perishable items for a collection in aid of Emmanuel House Support Centre, Nottingham. Food items needed include: crisps, cereal bars, granulated sugar, instant coffee, jam, mayo, peanut butter, pot noodles, tinned corned beef, tinned hot dogs, tinned tuna.

All items can be dropped off in the Black Cherry Lounge located within Rock City between 1pm and 5pm.
